In accordance with your request made during the building of the extension to The Mother Church, the Directors have proceeded to have made an ideal statue of ''A Woman at Prayer,'' to be placed over the organ back of the Readers' platform, and by your instruction a suitable place was arranged for it in the architecture.

A photograph of the model was submitted to you about two years ago and received your approval.

This statue is now nearing completion and can be put in position in a short time. If you have any further advice to give us concerning it we will be glad to receive it.
