Editorial Note: Roberts informs Mary Baker Eddy that Causten Browne has been retained by Edward J. Arens as his attorney in the lawsuit, Eddy v. Arens. Browne has requested the books by Eddy that she claims were infringed by Arens--namely, Science and Health and the 1870 pamphlet, The Science of Man. Browne's purpose is to inspect these writings and prepare an answer to Eddy's claim of infringement.
