Editorial Note: Roberts tells Mary Baker Eddy that he has received her letter (not extant) dated June 19, 1883. He tells Eddy that the case he has been working on for the past three weeks will come to an end the next day and that he will be glad to see her at his office on Saturday morning. He tells Eddy that she should not put off any of her classes in Christian Science on account of the Eddy v. Arens lawsuit because she will not be required to appear in court. Her entire testimony will be taken by a United States Commissioner and afterwards presented to the Court.
