Editorial Note: Roberts tells Mary Baker Eddy that he will not be able to see her that evening as
he has to leave for Philadelphia at 6 p.m. He will probably return to Boston later
in the week. He assures Eddy that the filing of an amendment to the Bill of Complaint
in the lawsuit, Eddy v. Arens, will not alter the proceedings. He will discuss the matter with Eddy before filing
the amendment.
