Editorial Note: Roberts tells Mary Baker Eddy that he was interviewed by someone from the Boston Globe about the Eddy v. Arens lawsuit and that he gave him the history of the case and referred him to the Court
records for the full facts. He adds that nothing can be done about Edward J. Arens' publications that individuals have already purchased. Finally, he tells Eddy that
her copyright of 1870 will expire in 1898 and that she will then have the opportunity
to renew it for another fourteen years.
