Dear Madam:

On Saturday last I received your telegramEditorial Note: This telegram is not extant. advising me of the opening of Normal class on the 7th instantAs Written:inst.

I have delayed answering, with the hope that I might find it possible to avail myself of your very kind suggestion. I find, howeverAs Written:howev, that it will be out of the question for me to be there, greatly to my regret.

If you will place me on the list for your next class, I will "forsake allMatt 19:27 ¶Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? " and go, This time the notice was too short. I beg to assure you, I fully appreciate the very great kindness you did me in telegraphing.

Very respectfully yours
