Accession: 093.21.016
Editorial Title: Warren Aldrich to Mary Baker Eddy, February 1883
Author: Warren Aldrich
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: February 1883 - archivist estimate
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Warren Aldrich on embossed lined paper from South Londonderry, Vermont.
Editorial Note: Aldrich tells Mary Baker Eddy that the buildings on the Eddy farm in Londonderry, Vermont, are not in good condition. This is especially true of the barn. He feels that if someone were to farm the land, the property could be brought back into good condition. He also mentions that there are some tools on the property that he would like to be included in the deal if he is to purchase it. In the rest of the letter, Aldrich spells out his terms for purchasing the farm. He wants to hear right away from Eddy as to what she plans to do. (Eddy sold the farm to Stephen Houghton.)
