Editorial Note: Atkinson tells Mary Baker Eddy that it will be impossible to get a newspaper article
by her published in the newspaper in Newburyport and that she overestimates his ability
to control the press. He hopes to help with a reconciliation of Eddy and Daniel Spofford. He will continue to work quietly for the cause of Truth.
