Editorial Note: Glover writes to his mother, Mary Baker Eddy. He assumes she has received his letter of May 30, 1879, (not extant). He says that he hopes her health has improved since then. He wants to visit Eddy in the fall or spring and is making plans to rent out his farm to enable him to make the visit. He discusses the plowing of his fields. Glover sends his and his wife's love to his mother and to his stepfather, Asa Gilbert Eddy.
