Accession: 226.37.016
Editorial Title: Fanny McNeil Potter to Mary Baker Eddy, August 13, 1883
Author: Fanny McNeil Potter
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: August 13, 1883
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Fanny McNeil Potter on unlined paper from Brooklyn, New York. The letter includes markings (an "X" and underline) by Mary Baker Eddy in blue.
Editorial Note: Potter writes to Mary Baker Eddy that she has returned home safely from a trip and that she was well during her pleasant journey. She recommends going away for a change of pace from one's regular routine. She discusses The Christian Science Journal and other articles about Christian Science and hopes that Eddy has enjoyed Eldridge J. Smith's visit to Boston. Potter also asks Eddy who she has retained as a lawyer, apparently to represent her in the Eddy v. Arens lawsuit.
