Accession: 237AP1.38.003
Editorial Title: Silas J. Sawyer to Mary Baker Eddy, November 13, 1883
Author: Silas J. Sawyer
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: November 13, 1883
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Silas J. Sawyer on lined paper from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Editorial Note: Sawyer is receiving numerous inquiries for literature on Christian Science and he would also like to be able to teach it. He asks Mary Baker Eddy if she establishes agencies for the sale of her writings and if so, what the terms would be. Sawyer also asks Eddy if he can gain more by continuing to study her books at home, or if he should travel to Boston to study with her. He wonders about the cost of class, if he is able to come to Boston. A notation on the letter indicates that it was answered on November 15, 1883.
