Editorial Title: Silas J. Sawyer to Mary Baker Eddy, December 13, 1883
Author: Silas J. Sawyer
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: December 13, 1883
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Silas J. Sawyer on lined printed stationery of his dental practice from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Editorial Note: Sawyer tells Mary Baker Eddy that he has changed his plans about coming to Boston to study with Eddy. Sawyer will now come to Boston as soon as possible because he is able to close down his dental practice in Milwaukee over the Christmas holidays, due to business being slow. He is anxious to study with Eddy because he believes that he might be practicing an incorrect method of Christian Science healing. (Sawyer studied with Mary Baker Eddy in a class that began on December 27, 1883.)
