My Dear Teacher

I went to the College this A.M. at Mr Gill's earnest solicitation to inform you of some facts concerning the advertising department of the Journal– I went again at 5.30 P.M. because he wished me [?] Unclear or illegible  call if any trouble or discussion came up in your meeting with reference to Mr. Sawyer and his strange proceedings —

I should have made neither call, had not Mr- Gill wished my testimony which is quite opposite to that of which he thinks you have been informed —

With Love
