Editorial Note: Austin has received an offer of $2,200 ($55,505.86 in 2016) from someone who wants
to purchase Mary Baker Eddy's property at 439 Boston Street in Lynn, Massachusetts. He believes that this is a good offer, considering how property
is currently selling in Lynn. He tells Eddy that if she wishes to sell, to please
inform him at once because such an offer is rare.
