Yours of the 20th.Editorial Note: This letter is not extant. received As Written: receed and in answer I have to say that you are probably mistaken in time of payment of the rent,

Mr. Breed's is due the 15th of month and Mr Hunewell's the 22nd. Mr. Breed has paid his rent, but I did not suppose that you would require me to make two payments, when they came so near together and therefore it is I wait to get both before sending to you —
