Archival Note: The top portion of the stationery has been torn off, leaving only the printed address.
Editorial Note: Austin presents Mary Baker Eddy with his charges for collecting rents from tenants
living in some of her properties, along with some needed repairs and other expenses.
He also notes some window repairs that are needed to keep a current tenant, Mr. Hunewell,
satisfied and paying his rent.
