Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Eldridge J. Smith on lined printed stationery of the Elastic Chair
Company and sent from Providence, Rhode Island.
Editorial Note: Smith praises Mary Baker Eddy for all that he and his wife have gained spiritually from her instruction, including how to read the Bible. He
tells her that he will be in Boston on Sunday and that his wife will be there the
following Wednesday. He writes that he and his wife "join heartily with love and blessings"
to Eddy. The letter includes a second printed page with some of the products available
from the Elastic Chair Company.
