Editorial Title: Eldridge J. Smith to Mary Baker Eddy, June 29, 1883
Author: Eldridge J. Smith
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: June 29, 1883
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Eldridge J. Smith on lined printed stationery of the Office of The New York Furniture Board of Trade from New York, New York.
Editorial Note: Smith says that Eddy in a letter (not extant) to him, asked him for an explicit reply to her question. It is not known what the question was, but Smith tells her the answer is yes. He says he and his wife, Melinda H. Smith, hope to be with Eddy in Boston soon -- probably in the latter part of the following week. The rest of the letter consists mainly of praise for Eddy and expressions of Smith's love for her.
