Dear Mrs Eddy.

The last time I was at the College, you told me you wished me to write you, as soon as I had put some money in the Bank for myself. God has been good to me as you said he would be.

I commenced my class here last Monday, with eight in it, and am getting along nicely with them.

There is a great deal of interest manifested in the ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science here. I will form an AssociationEditorial Note: This is a reference to an Iowa branch of the Christian Scientist Association in Boston, Massachusetts. at the close of the class.

Mr C. is in practice here, and is doing well.

There is a lady here in Council BluffsAs Written:C. B. by name Mrs Seidentop, who has written to you about studying with you, And as she has a belief of not being quite right in her mind, thought it best to notify you.

Mrs Fenn & I both received letters from you yesterday, in which we were requested to teach all students fit to be taught and form C. S. A.Editorial Note: See L14338. for Students As Mrs Fenn has never passed through the Normal class we think that it must have been sent to her by mistake. Please advise me by return mail, if such is your wish in regards to Mrs Fenn.

Mrs Fenn Mr C. & myself all love to you.

God bless and keep you my dear teacher from all belief of evil.
Your loving student
Janet T. Colman.

P. S. I never in my life before had such a time to write you a letter as I have had this time. Have made so many mistakes that I feel ashamed to send the letter, but it must go.
