Accession: 396.50.001
Editorial Title: Sarah H. Crosse to Mary Baker Eddy, December 12, 1883
Author: Sarah H. Crosse
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: December 12, 1883
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Sarah H. Crosse on lined paper from West Medford, Massachusetts.
Editorial Note: Crosse is apparently responding to a letter from Mary Baker Eddy (not extant). Crosse says that contrary to Eddy's belief, Crosse is and always has been willing to help with The Christian Science Journal. In addition, she says she has missed some meetings of the Christian Scientist Association due to being called out of town and not accurately determining the number of weeks between meetings. Crosse closes her letter by saying that it is not pleasant to be misunderstood, but God knows that she loves to do her duty in serving Him.
