Editorial Note: Chase tells Mary Baker Eddy that he hopes her book (likely a reference to a revised
edition of Science and Health) will come out soon, as he is receiving many calls for it. He does not like to think
that there are those who are trying to prevent it. He is sorry to hear that "Miss
B." is suffering. He writes of hearing Eddy preach on Sunday afternoons and longs
for his awakening from the dream of life in matter.
