Editorial Note: Hallowell asks Mary Baker Eddy to excuse his late reply to her last note (not extant).
He says that he's had many things to think of during a difficult week and has been
unable to write even a few lines to anyone. He says he is sorry for having misjudged
Eddy and hopes to see her soon and make matters right again.
