Manuscript Description: Handwritten by E. A. Orne on lined paper from Boston, Massachusetts.
Editorial Note: Orne tells Mary Baker Eddy that he is sorry that she was not present at the first
meeting of the Church of Christ (Scientist), and he hopes to see her at the next one. He speaks of renting rooms (apparently
for the use of the Church and its members). He wants to know if Eddy thinks that Miranda Rice or Dorcas Rawson would take his mother's case of eye trouble. Even though Christian Science has not
done as much for him as it has for others, he still wishes to work for the Cause.
