Editorial Note: Reed expresses interest in when Mary Baker Eddy will teach her next class. She tells
Eddy of the effects of Christian Science treatment on her husband. He had suffered
from headaches since he was eight years old and has now not had one for four weeks.
She is intrigued by Eddy's teachings on preexistence. Reed speculates how these teachings
might apply to understanding the spiritual status of miscarried babies.
