Accession: 506.56.015
Editorial Title: Fannie M. Silsbee to Mary Baker Eddy, February 13, 1884
Author: Fannie M. Silsbee
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: February 13, 1884
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Fannie M. Silsbee on lined paper from Columbus, Wisconsin.
Editorial Note: Silsbee tells Mary Baker Eddy that she believes that Mattie Williams' husband, John Williams, is the victim of mental malpractice and mesmerism. In addition to his opposition to Mattie going to Boston to study Christian Science with Eddy, John Williams has lately been engaging in extreme negative behavior and, in addition, is suffering from stomach trouble. He says he doesn't know what is causing him to act that way. Sislbee closes the letter by speaking of the travel plans of herself, Mattie Williams, and Mary D. Fuller to travel to Boston to be in Eddy's class starting on February 25, 1884.
