Enclosed you will find the money for the six sets of books. which are yet unpaid for. I have sold them all. eighteen sets since I came here. and I hope from the Circulation of the Specimen Copies that were given me that I have already distributed & from what I have talked with people that you may receive many new Subscribers to the Journal of Christian Science. There were twenty five people to see me Saturday & I receivedAs Written:rec’d four letters sent by some of those who could not get here. sixteen came on one train. I am trying to sow the seed, that others may reap the benefit. I think you were mistaken about my not claiming my commission. you told Mr Frye to give me five sets of books. and I sent for six sets. and as I understand it. I am to have ten per percent As Written: cent . and that would entitle me to one set of books for every ten sets I sell. & I sent $30.00Editorial Note: $30.00 in 1884 is the equivalent of $830.67 in 2017. for eleven sets. and this morning I will enclose the money for the last six sets which is $16.20Editorial Note: $16.20 in 1884 is the equivalent of $448.56 in 2017..
