With your permission I will cancel my order for the paper – the “Journal of Christian Science” as after reading it I cannot see that it will be of any benefit to me & will ask you to apply the dollarEditorial Note: $1 in 1884 is equivalent to $27.69 in 2017. given you by me to the booksEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. letting the balance be collected on delivery – I shall be greatly obliged to you for this change – I shall remember with great pleasure my call upon you. & even if the desired “pilgrimage” to ChicagoEditorial Note: Mary Baker Eddy taught a class in Chicago in May 1884. should fall through – shall be very glad to introduce to you other Western friends who talk of coming here for instruction – Should you decide to come West without As Written: with-out the class – I shall be most happy to hear from you & do all in my power to assist you in any way –
