Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Ira B. Keith on his printed lined stationery, from Lynn, Massachusetts.
Editorial Note: Keith tells Mary Baker Eddy that he has heard from Edwin R. Robbins that Robbins has paid the rent owed to Eddy. Robbins is not inclined to have his
mother sign the lease, and Keith does not feel it is necessary. Keith says that his
own charges for helping Eddy with collection efforts are $1.00 ($25.23 in 2016). Eddy
also has an outstanding balance with him of $20.00 ($504.59 in 2016), and he hopes
that she will pay these as soon as convenient.
