I shall be glad to have you put my name on your book and enter your first class. Am in the merchandise business at present and hope to sell out and be at liberty in a short time If it should happen that I cannot come I will write you shortly and let you know: but I am praying all the time that such will not be the case.

I left school when Thirteen years old consequently what I do know has come through an active business life rather than from books. Most of my time being spent at clerking – Bookkeeping and As Written: an traveling salesman. With much esteem I am
