Editorial Note: Swartwout has received the materials he ordered from Mary Baker Eddy, but he has not
yet had time to read them thoroughly. He poses a few questions about Christian Science
that he hopes Eddy will answer. He also mentions that his wife had been receiving
Christian Science treatment through prayer from Calvin A. Frye, but she discontinued them because she was doubtful about his ability to bring results
because he is a beginner and because of how far away he is from her.
