Editorial Note: Ilsley has been receiving treatment from Eddy's student, Sarah Frothingham, but has not improved in health and in some respects is getting worse. He asks Eddy
if she would recommend Frothingham as an effective Christian Science practitioner.
He says that Frothingham engages in manipulation of the head while giving treatment.
Nonetheless, Ilsley expresses great interest in the teachings of Christian Science.
