Dear Madam:

For the first time I have seen today a copy of the C. S. Journal, and am deeply interested, I am anxious to bring a friend of mine under your, treatment, not only that his body may be cured but that he may be brought to a love of God.

Will you treat him if he visits you, I am desirous he should consult you personally. I hope you will find it convenient to write me when you can see him, and also what your terms for treatment are.
