Manuscript Description: Handwritten by S. L. Crocker on lined paper from Hotel Gloucester, Boston, Massachusetts.
Editorial Note: Crocker is replying to a note she received from Eddy (not extant). She mentions that
Eddy's note reached her after having first been misdelivered to Gloucester, Massachusetts,
instead of to the Hotel Gloucester in Boston. Crocker is very interested in Christian
Science and would like to study with Eddy. However, at present she is not financially
able to do so. She hopes to see Eddy soon and discuss terms. She closes by thanking
Eddy for her kind interest.
