Dear Madam,

I write you on behalf of my wife who having seen and read your Journal of Christian Science, has endeavored to follow the direction for the cure of disease and believes herself much benefitted thereby. She wishes to know if you ever establish agencies for the sale of your works and if so she would like to act as an agent.

She also wishes to know if you can cure curvature of the spine – sometimes called Pott’s disease – of 20 years standing.

Her son, now twenty two years has curvature of the spine, which commenced when he was but an infant in arms; can anything be done with him. He is otherwise in fairly good health and strength.

If you would like her to act as canvassing agent for any of your works will you please state terms.

Yours Respectfully
Percy W. Hurndall
