Your favor of the 12thEditorial Note: See L14420. has been received, "you will notice", I am at present writing, in Wheeling West VirginiaAs Written:Va, visiting relatives, it occurred to me, that I might possibly arrange it, so as to attend your Aug Class, & if I cannot make it practicable shall attend the Sep Class.

If it will not be asking too much, of your valuable time, please inform me, at your earliest convenience, "when your Aug Class forms? & how long a time does the course consume?
