I have been sick nearly one year have had a cough and pain in my sides & shoulders am hoarse & it has troubled me very much about talking I also have bunches on the cords of my neck which have troubled me very much during the winter. I have raised considerable

I am a great deal better now although I have very little strength & if I go about much it troubles me a great deal about breathing

You have been recommended to me so I thought I would write you to see if you can do anything As Written: any thing for me

Hoping to receive some benefit soon I will close
