My wife has been a Sufferer for now about 25 years. with all the troubles woman is heir to almost – Her Chief trouble now seems to be from Catarrh of the stomach - Some kind of tendency to inflammation or ulceration of some part of the intestinal organ & in consequence – pilesEditorial Note: Hemorrhoids indigestion Constipation, & nervous prostration headaches – great weakness.

She was obliged to take morphine when nearly dead with ulceration of the Colon and when she stopped the pain & the attendant trouble, diarrhea Et ceteraAs Written:&c Et ceteraAs Written:&c reappears. She has been obliged to keep on taking Morphine. She longs to be free from it but her stomach is so sensitive she can’t take the usual remedies tonics Et ceteraAs Written:&c. Now what shall she do – How shall I state the case to you otherwise & What is your Course in healing diseases – I desire advice & treatment of her –

Please advise me – shall I send stamps or money for any purpose I am at a loss how to present the subject to you.
