First.—As adherents to Truth, we take the Scriptures for our guide to Life eternal.

Second.—We rest our hope and faith on God, as the only Life, Truth and Love, depending for salvation on the spiritual understanding of the divine Principle, or Spirit that is God, and the demonstration thereof, according to the example and teachings of our Master.

Third.—We shall strive to love and obey the ten commandments: to deal justly, love mercy and walk humbly; yea, to reach that higher understanding of the Sermon on the Mount whereby Jesus and His true followers cast out error and healed the sick. We hold no fellowship with so-called spiritual mediumship, animal magnetism, drugs, or error of any sort; but seek earnestly divine truth, light and love for healing and salvation.
