Soaring

Flying aloft is fast defining itself as material and spiritual and as fast defining and separating its real purposes. To fly materially is animal to fly spiritually is divine

Since it is becoming a fancy or a mania it is advantageous to define the differential between the spiritual & material flying. Flying materially is a sport that may become engrossing and matter instead of mind govern this flight- In the first instance material flight is more dangerous than terra firma travel. Why incur this danger? Is it to advance oneself As Written: onesself spiritually at the risk of their material safety or is it to include spiritual and material elevation? The latter obtained only by abandoning the former, but that risk is neither ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science nor good common sense elevation should signify to every mortal thought the immortal meaning that it foretells The elevation desirable worth obtaining or possible to obtain in Science is spiritual ascent, thought soaring above matter – soul overcoming mortal and material sense, holiness discounting sin and destroying the love of sin & the capacity to sin. This elevation is not manifested by kiting the skies or kicking the earth, it is something, first felt, second seen, third acted.

Here I humbly propose a new playground, a new purpose of amusement, and the demonstration thereof safe subject to no accidents or mistakes it being governed by an eternal Principle that neither rises nor falls, attains or loses As Written: looses but remains steadfast safe, eternal This soaring skyward means the going upward of soul & sense the pure aspiration As Written: asperation for holiness, without which no man can see God – know Him and understand Good and practice it without danger the possibility of falling from his safety of soul and its soaring. Oh when will the age plant its discoveries on spiritual cause & effect on that which is not only capable of going up but is ascending, physically - mentally and spiritually. Almost one century of experience has caused me to say How long O Lord How long!Rev 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? will mortals plant themselves for pleasure life and its ultimatum, holiness, God - Good.
