After the morning greeting at once opened Bible to Romans 15: 21-24Rom 15:21 But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand. Rom 15:22 For which cause also I have been much hindered from coming to you. Rom 15:23 But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come unto you; Rom 15:24 Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company. , containing "Having no more place in these partsRom 15:23 But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come unto you; ." She said in substance that she could not tell us the import of the words, that they were in perfect harmony with what she had been dwelling upon the entire morning.

I asked what was meant by "Spain", and she only smiled.

Later she called me in and said that "Spain" was Boston and the passage meant that she was to take up her abode thereEditorial Note: Mary Baker Eddy moved from Concord, New Hampshire, to Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston, on January 26, 1908..

She spoke of the pictures sent her of a mansion with one room in it as long this entire house and in the residence were five bathroomsAs Written:bath rooms. She could not be bothered with any such place. The Boston Students wanted to build a home of her own there. Then she would be near her church as she wished.
