My dear friend,

Rejoice with me, the glamor has fled — and my noble, loving, good boy, the Dr., is awake and busy doing good. Oh! may he and all of us be delivered from all error or mistakes

The last illustration of my poemEditorial Note: “Christ and Christmas” was a poem written by Mary Baker Eddy in early 1893. It was later published in December 1893 as a gift book illustrated by James F. Gilman. I want to represent storm, lightning and tempest, a palatial home, and a sweet female beautiful child in simple garment, bareheadedAs Written:bare headeded, barefootedAs Written:bare footed, bare-armed, hair disheveledAs Written:dissheveled - knocking at the door of this mansion on Christmas eve

Most truly yours
Mary BG Eddy

The Dr passed the last sunday with me went to BostonEditorial Note: Boston, Massachusetts this morning clothed and in his right mindMark 5:15 And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid. Luke 8:35 Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid. again, thank God. I do not believe that the secret mental influence will ever control him again so but he will be the master MBGE
