See what such perfidy to me as his was causes! He has again spoiled my scheme and you will have no better chance to rent than I when it is known as it must be through the parties you dealt with that the thing is not right. He will ruin you unless you defend yourself mentally against his influence. Take it up daily that he cannot govern your conclusions or actions and keep aloof from him. What shall I do to defend the cause against him he knows no more than an insane man the nature of his actions and thinks it is all right till I struggle hours with him to get his eyes open and then he repents acknowledges.
