Dear Doctor:–

Mrs. Eddy, your Teacher and faithful friend, was not responsible for the disgrace that has come to you. If you had not deceived her, she would have saved you from it.

What has befallen you and your paramour was arranged before she even knew that she was your private secretary, and she consented to have your name dropped from the Publishing Society to save you from a worse fate,

In haste
C. A. Frye.
