Mr. Neal my student desires to have me write to you relative to the class taught by my son Dr. Foster Eddy of BostonEditorial Note: Boston, Massachusetts

His teaching at that time was unexpected to me but by no means intended on his part to infringe upon my College rules.

He is deeply read and taught in "Science and HealthEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy", has a classical education, has an excellent record in Homeopathic Practice, is a highly sensitive, affectionate, conscientious young man, and as such I have great anticipations for him and the blessing he will be to our CauseEditorial Note: The cause of Christian Science. and the race

His mistake was, to accommodate As Written: accomodate others before consulting me.

But my best students have gained their highest positions through mistakes and my strong corrections thereof. And he, it seems, is not an exception. The joy is to know as I do that each error seen, is overcome, by him. Let us my dear Sir, be patient, be charitable, be willing to wait for the age to give us experienced Christian Scientists, taught of God by the things they suffer, then shall we have the true disciple and you and I will rejoice.

Very truly yours
