My dear Student

See Feb. NumberAs Written:No Mag. The enemy is outwiting you while you rest happy in sweet peace

I have one more move to suggest that will baffle them if carried out right and my students in important places do not know more than I do about the movements against us and so not carry out my suggestions

It is to have a National C. S. A. where you can take your students and be represented and represent the Associations in all the States at New YorkAs Written:N. Y. City To do this you must give up your Charter and I will have no Branch AssociationsAs Written:Assos but a society belonging to the College alone

Each As Written: Eeach Student of mine is to form their students into an organized AssociationAs Written:Asso. And these are to send delegates to the N. C. S. A.

Teach rapidly all you can Go into other cities and establish association'sAs Written:asso's work. The enemy is surrounding you see 1st page

Already the enemy are organizing in Boston and elsewhere what they call C. S. A's
