Maria H. Austin
Maria H. Austin (1826-1898) was born in Medway, Massachusetts, and died
in Lynn, Massachusetts. She was the second wife of David Austin, a real estate agent who
collected rent on 439 Boston Street, Lynn, a property owned by Mary Baker Eddy. After
her husband's death in 1883, Maria managed 439 Boston Street until Eddy sold the
property in June 1884.
