W. R. Baker (?-?) was born and died in an unknown location. He graduated from the Eclectic Medical Institute located in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1882, and worked as a physician. Although he expressed an interest in studying at the Massachusetts Metaphysical College, there is no record of him doing so.
