Helen M. Blood (1831-1900) was born in Lyndeborough, New Hampshire, and
lived in Wilton, New Hampshire. She was a student of Mary Baker Eddy's, studying with
her in 1871. She received permission from Eddy in 1875 to be the local agent to sell
Science and Health in the area around Wilton, New Hampshire.
Blood was also the first cousin of another of Eddy's early students, Daniel H. Spofford.
It appears her contact with Eddy ceased in about 1876.
