Emma A. Crow (b. Clark) (1847-1931) was born in Eureka, Illinois, and died in Bloomington, Illinois. She was educated at Eureka College, where she met and married fellow student William H. Crow. After their marriage they settled in Pittsfield, Illinois, where Crow's husband worked as an attorney. He later became the state's attorney of Pike County, Illinois. After his death in 1914, Crow went to live with her niece in Bloomington. Crow wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1887 upon the advice of Eddy's student Roger Sherman, indicating that she wished to study Christian Science with Eddy, but the available records do not indicate that she did so.
