Addison E. Cudworth (1852-1933) was born in Savoy, Massachusetts, and died in Londonderry, Vermont. He was an attorney who practiced in Londonderry for nearly fifty years. He represented Edward A. Livermore, who denied a claim by Mary Baker Eddy that he owed her rent on the farm formerly owned by her in Londonderry. In addition to working as an attorney, Cudworth also served in the Vermont House of Representatives (1884, 1917-19, 1925) and Senate (1898-1900, 1927).
